As a blogger from May 1, 2018 it is mandatory for me to post a privacy statement on my blog in order to comply with the European Privacy Act. My website is a blog in which I share my life. On there is the possibility to register for my blog updates. For this you give me your e-mail address via the registration form. Your first and last name are optional. I only use this information for sending blog updates and news. I send the newsletter through the Mailchimp program. Mailchimp also uses your IP address. I can see in the statistics when you registered and when you deregister. I also see whether the newsletter is opened and to which pages are clicked. Each newsletter has a unsubscribe button, which you can use to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. I will not save your information after deregistration. Leave comments

Among the blogs on there is the possibility to leave a comment. Your name will be visible on the website. Your name, address, any website and IP address will be visible to me. Comments under articles remain online for the duration of the article’s placement. When responding to a blog, you also have the option to post a comment anonymously. In that case no personal information is visible to other readers.

Statistical Programs

With statistics programs such as Google Analytics and the statistics from hosting provider Transip I can see which pages are being viewed. I use this to map the visit and click behavior on and thus optimize my website. I do not see any personal data. Your IP address is used for these programs. The services have not received permission from me to share your data with others.

Visitors under 16 years of age does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, it is not possible for me to check whether a visitor is older than 16 years. If you think that personal information has been collected from someone under the age of 16 without permission, please contact me at and I can remove the information.


A cookie is a small file that is sent by this website and placed on your computer’s hard drive by your browser. The information stored in the cookie can be sent back to this website when you visit the website again.

Google Analytics places cookies from Google. I do this to view how visitors use the website. Google will only share the information obtained with third parties if required to do so by law or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. To protect your privacy as much as possible, I have entered into a processing agreement with Google and I have disabled “data sharing”. I also anonymized the IP address in the Google Analytics code. Google is an American company and stores the information it collects in American servers. For more information about Google Analytics policy, I refer you to the Google website.

Social media buttons

Because it should be as easy as possible for you to share my blogs on social media, I have processed a number of social media buttons. Most social media channels work with cookies. I have no influence on how they place the cookies. Read the privacy statements of the relevant social media channels to know what they do with the information collected.

Disable and delete cookies

You can disable and delete cookies via your browser settings. You can find out how to do this in the help function of your browser.


You can trust that I will not share data with third parties, unless this is legally necessary.


You can always view, correct or have your personal data removed. Just send an email to and I will arrange it as soon as possible. To see if you really are the one you say you may be asking for a photo of your passport.


I handle your data with care and take its protection seriously. is personally managed by me. Nobody else has ft access to the data. My computer is protected with a virus scan, firewall and password.
